The death of George Floyd at the hands of the police triggered a big riot in the city of Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States (US). Residents angry while looting shops there. US President Donald Trump allows authorities to shoot at looters.

Trump conveys the shooting threat through his Twitter account. Trump called the demonstrators thugs who did not respect the death of George Floyd.

A black man, George Floyd was killed at the hands of the Minneapolis city police, United States (US). Floyd died after his neck was pressed with the knee of the police. Here's the chronology. As reported by AFP on Thursday (05/28/2020) George was initially arrested on Monday (5/25) by the police of the city of Minneapolis, USA. 

George Floyd was arrested for allegedly conducting transactions using counterfeit money worth $ 20. Floyd's arrest was recorded in a video which was then viral. In the video, Floyd's hands are handcuffed and then dropped on the asphalt by the police. A policeman presses Floyd's neck with his knee, while putting his hand in his pocket.

The story about the figure of Floyd was delivered directly by his younger brother, Philonise Floyd. Philonise loved his brother very much and he knew his brother was a big man who was soft-hearted. "I know my brother as someone I love," Philonise Floyd said as reported by CNN on Thursday (5/28/2020).

Four Minneapolis Police personnel in the United States (US) were fired after the tragic death of a black man named George Floyd who sparked a massive demonstration. One of the policemen caught on camera was pressing Floyd's neck with his knee, having been told a dozen times about his behavior. As reported by CNN and NBC News, Friday (05/29/2020), the police identified as Derek Chauvin (44), has been serving the Minneapolis Police for 19 years. 

According to the Minneapolis Police Department (MPD), Chauvin previously had 18 complaints reports filed against him. The complaint report was submitted to the Minneapolis Police Department Internal Affairs Division. But the exact contents of the complaint are not known. MPD did not provide detailed information.

"These thugs don't respect the memory of George Floyd's death, and I won't let that happen. I just talked to Governor (Minnesota) Tim Walz and told him that the Military was with him along the way. Whatever the difficulty and we will take control but, when the looting begins, the shooting will start too. Thank you! " Trump wrote in his tweet, Thursday (05/29/2020).
