PT KCI's Corporate Communications VP, Anne Purba said that at certain times when there were heavy users there would be isolation at a number of station points so that the number of people on the platform and inside the train could be controlled. If needed, officers will also open and close the station entrance. "Currently PT KCI has also provided additional sink facilities in addition to those already available in the toilet, so that KRL users can use their hands to wash their hands before and after using KRL. Trains and stations are also increasingly being kept clean. Before the Corona virus pandemic struck, all trains and stations were routinely cleaned both when operating serving passengers and after operational hours.
