Bung Karno Month, BMI West Java Distributed Food Packages

West Java BMI Chairman Ineu Purwadewi said the social service was a series of commemoration of Bung Karno’s Month. The location in Kampung Leuwi Bandung was chosen because this place is one of the subscriptions of the Bandung Regency flood due to the overflow of the Citarum River.
“Actually, since the Covid-19 pandemic we routinely hold social services. Ineu said more activities were carried out by distributing hundreds of food packages on a door-to-door basis to residents’ homes to avoid crowds. “We only deliver because to avoid physical distancing by keeping a distance,” she said.
According to Ineu, his party held social services in all regencies / cities in West Java where the management of West Java BMI is located. Its activities are as varied as the BMI Cirebon District which distributes regional protective equipment (PPE) to puskesmas. Including the BMI of the city of Bandung, they also distributed hand sanitizers and masks to the community.
