“Alhamdulillah, I am healthy. This morning I am exercising, cycling, so that the body is healthier so that the body’s immunity becomes better,” said the President.
President Joko Widodo also announced the results of his periodic health check conducted yesterday afternoon. In this periodic inspection, the Head of State also conducted a Covid-19 swab test.
“Last night, the swab test results came out. Thank God it’s negative. Mother (Iriana) is also negative,” the President said.
In the midst of the pandemic that struck in at least 215 countries, the President again reminded the public to discipline to implement health protocols. Public discipline behavior towards health protocol also plays an important role in accelerating the handling of a pandemic by the government.
“I repeatedly invite people to maintain body immunity by exercising regularly, eating nutritious foods, don’t forget to wear masks, wash hands after activities, don’t go into the crowd, and keep your distance. That’s the most important thing we have to keep continuing, “said the President.
