The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) noted that this year foreign investors have recorded a net selling value of 24.919 trillion. Citing the IDX trade data, Monday (05/18/2020) last week the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) closed lower compared to the previous week.
JCI and market capitalization value during the week experienced the same change of 1.95 percent, for IHSG at the level of 4,507,607 from 4,597,430 the previous week, and the market capitalization value was in the position of IDR 5,212,719 trillion from IDR 5,316,527 trillion last week ago.
Foreign investors at the end of last week also recorded a net selling value of Rp1.094 trillion, so that throughout 2020, net foreign sales were recorded at Rp24.919 trillion.
While the average daily transaction value of the IDX over the past week, experienced a significant increase of 10.34 percent to Rp6,401 trillion compared to last week at a nominal figure of Rp5,801 trillion.
An increase also occurred in the average daily transaction frequency of 5.21 percent or 529,395 thousand transactions compared to the previous week, amounting to 503,202 thousand transactions.
Meanwhile, the average daily transaction volume of the bourse experienced a change of 7.46 percent or was at the position of 5,951 billion units of shares from last week of 6,431 billion shares.
