The Right Coach Will Give Birth to High Achievers
Detiktoday.com – Jakarta: Indonesian Minister for Youth and Sports Zainudin Amali closed the training of sports personnel capacity, in the Pullman Hotel Ballroom, Central Park Podomoro City, Jl Letjen S Parman Kav 28, West Jakarta, Friday (17/7) night.
There are four sports that get the first chance of training from July 13-18, wushu, bicycle, shooting and soccer. The four of them received training at the Primary Level Vocational Training Coach, National B-C Shooting Level Trainer, Refreshment National Commissaire Road (Referee) Bike Race, while for soccer it was devoted to Support Management.
“In terms of coaching it is still very weak, with this we strive for coaches to have standards and quality according to the standards of each sport,” he said.
One of the aspects in terms of age, a coach must be precise in providing variety and weight of the material in accordance with the age of the athlete students. If it is not appropriate it can be a burden for the development of the athlete itself. “Training materials must be age-appropriate, not to let senior material be applied to juniors, we must improve. From the right and right coaches will be born outstanding athletes in the future,” he added.
At the end of the closing ceremony, the Indonesian Minister for Youth and Sports was accompanied by a Deputy Minister for Sports Performance Improvement Chandra Bhakti, M Nigara Sports Achievement Development Officer, TAM Uden Kusumawijaya, to the participant representatives, namely the shooting sports coach Alex’s Roy Korniawan (East Java), Wushu sports Edgar Xavier Marbelo (DKI) Jakarta), Wilhelmina Tutuarina (Bali) National Commissaire (Referee) bicycle sport.
Present at the event were Deputy Assistant of Personnel Improvement and Sport Organization Herman Chaniago, Deputy Assistant of Sports Achievement Surono, Deputy Assistant of Nursing and Science and Technology of Washington, and representatives of PB Sports.
